Position: HR Director
Location: Tracy, CA.
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 (Exempt/Salaried Position)

- Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification required (SHRM-SCP/SPHR a plus).
- 5+ years of HR leadership (food/meat processing experience ideal).
- Proven ability to manage HR policies, investigations, and operations.
- Bilingual in Spanish and EOS experience are bonuses.

As HR Director, you will:
- Run HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and recordkeeping with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently.
- Ensure Accountability:
- Implement clear policies and performance management processes.
- Guide managers on coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Lead investigations and ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Drive Results:
- Align HR initiatives with business strategies and growth goals.
- Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning to build a strong workforce.
- Track HR metrics to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Empower Teams:
- Coach managers on leadership, employment law, and employee relations.
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
