Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Requirements:

• Must have considerable recruiting experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change and new situations
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, Word, Excel, and Outlook and experience with SalesForce CRM a plus.
• Real estate experience or related field preferred, but not required

Platinum Realty is a regional independent real estate company currently in the Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma with 2400 active real estate professionals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an on site position located in our Central Office in Overland Park, KS. Candidates residing outside the Overland Park and KC metro areas must be willing to relocate.

Base salary of $55,000 with total earning potential of $100,000+
