Our client in Central NJ, a world renowned consulting services firm, is seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst for an on-site role, near Edison, NJ.
Day to day responsibilities will include full ownership - creating, administering, designing, managing compensation programs that follow the companies goals and values. Analyzing market research and compensation related data to ensure compliance with state, federal and local regulatory guidelines and laws. Presentation and explanation of compensation program suggestions to executives. This role will require a high level general knowledge of all compensation related areas including sales and bonus incentive plans, compensation packages for various roles and levels, pay structures, and various other compensation related activities.
Ideal background for this role includes experience designing and implementing compensation packages and programs in a large consulting firm company or environment. Should have deep experience and expertise in all things compensation, certifications in compensation preferred. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or other Compensation Related are of study, highly preferred. Big consulting experience highly preferred.
