Role Overview:
As an Executive Recruiter at Search Solution Group, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand their hiring objectives and sourcing exceptional candidates to meet their needs. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment and excels at developing meaningful connections.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles and industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize diverse channels such as networking, cold calling, and recruitment databases to identify top talent.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with client needs.
- Provide strategic consultation to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference and background checks, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer presentations.
- Maintain accurate performance metrics and reports on recruitment activities.
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing searches.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a preference for direct hire expertise.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates and building strong client relationships.
- Exceptional sourcing, networking, and talent engagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
