Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through phone and email to ensure high levels of satisfaction with current services.
Conduct follow-up calls to inquire about and promote additional services for existing customers.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Translate and facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking franchise owners.
Schedule and conduct sales presentations for potential franchise owners in Spanish.
Maintain accurate records and data entry across various customer relationship platforms.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to address customer needs and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or service industry standards.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
