Full Stack Developer - NodeJS, Angular and AWS (multiple openings) #948964

Hybrid (3x/week) Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA

Pay: $68-72/hr W2 + benefits

Duration: 12-18 months (we expect this to be a long-term role or possible option to convert to permanent employment)

Description:

3-4 Full Stack Node/Angular Developers with AWS experience are needed to build a critical internal governance hub for a well-known financial services firm in Virginia. This is a high-profile role essential to the company. It is fully financed and ready to go.

Individuals with previous Banking and/or Financial services experience are required

Key technology required

Backend (Node.js):

• Node.js:

-Skilled in building server-side applications using Node.js and its ecosystem. This includes knowledge of frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.

• RESTful APIs:

-Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs to enable communication between the frontend and backend.

• Database Management:

-Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

Frontend (Angular):

• Angular:

-Proficient in building dynamic and interactive user interfaces using the Angular framework. This includes knowledge of components, modules, services, routing, and data binding.

• TypeScript:

-Strong understanding of TypeScript, the primary language used for Angular development.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript?

-Expertise in the core web technologies for building the foundation of any web application

• Frontend Build Tools

-Experience with tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Angular CLI for building and optimizing frontend code

Cloud platform (AWS

• AWS Deployment: Experience deploying web applications to AWS cloud platforms is required

Additional Skills

• Git: Version control system for managing code
• Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks
