Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team and leading data projects.
• Strong project management skills and experience with data analytics tools and platforms.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Statistics and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of web and social media data and experience working with Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr or similar tool
• Good to have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, etc.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
