Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural systems for commercial and large institutional projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis and design.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
• Experience with commercial and large institutional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days WFH, 2 days in office).
