In this exciting role, you’ll take charge of a diverse range of projects, including site layout, civil engineering design , and planning , all while ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety , and timely completion .

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a variety of civil engineering design tasks , including roadway design, site planning, stormwater management, and utility layout!
• Coordinate with local municipalities, agencies, and planning boards to present project submissions
• Conduct site investigations and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers while managing project timelines and finances
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in Site and Civil Engineering
• NJ PE and experience with NJ counties, NJDOT , or NJ Transit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D , and local code/permitting
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and team development
