What You’ll Do:

• Lead civil engineering analysis and design tasks, including roadway and grading design, site planning, zoning analysis, and stormwater management
• Support submissions and presentations to local municipalities, utilities, environmental agencies, and town planning boards
• Conduct site investigations to document and assess existing conditions
• Complete design calculations and assist in preparing drawings and specifications
• Develop project plans, specifications , and collaborate with other design disciplines to deliver top-tier engineering services
• Perform construction inspections and provide timely solutions during project construction
• Utilize a wide range of technical and project management skills on everything from small site restorations to large-scale projects
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of technical standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience
• NY PE license required
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
