Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager / Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency with measuring devices (calipers, height gauges, depth gauges, fixtures).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards.
• Experience with PPAP and First Article approval.
• Familiarity with industrial processes (fiberglass, machining, welding, metal fabrication).

Preferred Skills:

• Composites experience.
• Working knowledge of AS 9100 standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage quality standards ISO 9001-201

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the cost of quality.
• Drive the corrective action process.
• Track warranty costs and assist in vendor cost recovery.
• Facilitate ISO 9001-2015 certification and annual registration.
• Strategic planning for quality improvement.
• Oversee First Article approval process and PPAP coordination.
