Do you enjoy optimizing battery storage systems, collaborate on cutting-edge energy storage solutions and work with state-of-the-art technology? This position is responsible for the general engineering support, development and ongoing maintenance of our texas assets, and is located onsite in Georgetown, Texas!

Some of the Key Responsibilities you'll oversee...

• Develop and optimize battery storage plant operations and maintenance procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and improve plant performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and coordinate field projects.
• Drive revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives.

We're looking for:

• Experience with energy storage systems and battery technology.
• Experience in PLC programming, SCADA programming and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and project management expertise.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of power plant and battery storage facility operations.
• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Understanding of PLC instrumentation, control systems, and remote telemetry.
• Proficiency with power plant tools, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma with 2+ years technical training in battery storage/power plant operations.
• 4+ years power plant or equivalent work experience.
