• Own aluminum melting furnace projects from concept to commissioning—design it, budget it, build it, done.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and implement fixes that actually last.
• Collaborate with the best maintenance, production, and technical teams in the business.
• Mentor teammates and help them level up.
• Find inefficiencies, eliminate them, and make everything run smoother than ever.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• You’re authorized to work in the U.S.—sorry, no visa sponsorship.
• Hands-on experience with metals extrusion or seamless pipe/tube (this is non-negotiable).
• A proven track record managing big capital projects.
• AutoCAD proficiency and top-notch problem-solving skills.
