The Licensing Account Manager position will help assist in setting up agents with State insurance courses, submit state applications, and educate agents on individual carrier onboarding and certification process. Also help in audit reviews, purchasing non-resident licenses for agents as needed, and contracting support as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively organize, problem-solve, and analyze information and have both strong written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS
- Have the ability to effectively problem solve, and analyze information, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional/corporate and customer service skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Agent Sync or Vertafore experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
