The role

• As an SAP Production Planning Experienced Consultant/Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA solutions for our manufacturing clients.
• This role focuses on leveraging your expertise in SAP PP and PPDS to design, configure, and implement end-to-end production planning processes.
• You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams, guide clients through the full lifecycle of SAP projects, and support critical activities such as solution design, testing, and data conversion.
• We’re looking for professionals with 6–8 years of SAP PP/PPDS experience, including at least three full lifecycle projects
• Exposure to SAP MM, QM, and logistics modules is a plus. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for mentoring others, and a knack for delivering client-centric solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and PPDS with 6–8 years of experience, including configuration and implementation in SAP S/4HANA (version 1610 or higher).
• A proven track record of completing at least three full lifecycle SAP projects, focusing on manufacturing business process design and execution.
• Cross-functional exposure to SAP MM, QM, and logistics modules, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience guiding clients through key project activities, including solution design, system configuration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Exceptional communication skills , including the ability to lead meetings, present ideas clearly, and write effective functional specifications.
• A collaborative mindset , excelling in small, diverse teams and fostering inclusivity and innovation.
• Strong consulting skills , including initiative, complex solution analysis, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Experience with SAP Fiori UX for executing business processes within the PP/MM landscape.
• A commitment to flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a Monday–Thursday travel schedule.
