Role Description: Field Service Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Low Voltage Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, troubleshooting issues, providing on-site field service, and delivering exceptional customer support. The position is based in the Miami-Palm Beach area, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, including cable running and fiber optic installation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Provide professional and responsive on-site field service.
• Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service.
• Experience with cable running and fiber optic installation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with low voltage systems is highly desirable.
• Technical certification or a relevant degree in a related field is a plus.
