Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to build and scale strategic partnerships with ERP system integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), and ERP platforms. This role will focus on identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships that drive revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and integrations. You’ll be expected to engage prospects through outbound strategies, cultivate long-term relationships, and represent Leverage at industry conferences and events.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong network and experience in the supply chain, ERP, or SaaS ecosystems, particularly those who have a track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: - Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and close partnership agreements with ERP system integrators, ISVs, and ERP providers.
- Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential partners through email campaigns, calls, social media, and in-person events.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Revenue Generation: Drive new business opportunities and closed deals through partner channels. This includes pipeline development and co-selling strategies.
- Conference & Event Representation: Represent Leverage at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to promote our platform and grow our partner ecosystem.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and integration roadmaps.
- Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends and competitors to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications: - Experience: 7+ years in similar roles with a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving significant revenue growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain workflows.
- Network: Established relationships with ERP system integrators, ISVs, or ERP vendors are highly preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive business development initiatives from prospecting to deal closure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholders.
- Execution-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage complex partnership deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for in-person partner meetings and industry conferences (approx. 20-30%).
- Location Preference: NYC-based or willingness to relocate. Hybrid work model (in-office and remote).
