OBJECTIVES: The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the firm, ensuring a seamless client experience and building lasting relationships. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting advisors, and executing financial planning processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling transactions, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Planning Support: Utilize eMoney and other financial planning software to create and maintain client accounts, track data, and deliver high-quality financial plans.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Prepare materials for client meetings, assist with case prep, and complete follow-up tasks, including updates to guidebooks and correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule client service appointments, manage calendars, and ensure all client service deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with Client Service Managers (CSMs), Directors of Operations (DOOs), and Advisors to execute client strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Data Management: Maintain workflows and databases with accuracy, track business processes, and generate performance reports as needed.
- Insurance and Reporting Needs: Request and generate insurance illustrations and assist with performance reporting for all clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows and client data through eMoney and other financial planning tools.
- Input, model, and analyze data to develop high-quality financial plans.
- Assist Managing Directors with plan design and strategy development.
- Respond to client communications within 24 hours and ensure all deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients through email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Track and enhance business processes and deliverables to add value to the client experience.
- Prepare client files and documentation for case prep discussions and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or client relationship management.
- Proficiency in eMoney and other financial planning software (or willingness to learn).

Compensation:
This is a Non-Exempt Full-time position. Salary is determined based on experience.
