Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Relationship Coordinator at Affinity Nightlife in West Hollywood, CA. The Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our ambassador/partner/sponsors, planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and overseeing event logistics.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Sales experience, including high number of phone calls
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles nightlife scene
- Experience with event promotions and casting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
