Role Overview:


CoWorx is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join one of our top clients team in Logistics.

As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving the sales efforts by identifying and qualifying leads while creating opportunities for the sales executives to close deals. This role offers the potential for career growth, including transitioning into a full sales role or other advancement paths within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online resources.
  • Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects and generate interest in our services.
  • Qualification: Assess leads against established criteria to determine suitability for our solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for sales executives with qualified prospects.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log and track all activities and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align on campaigns and provide valuable feedback on lead quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Key Requirements:

    • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or packaging is a must.
    • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales software.
    • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
    • Collaboration: A team player who can effectively work with cross-functional teams.
    • Competitive Salary: $60,000–$65,000 base with MONTLY performance-based incentives.
    • Growth Opportunities: Career advancement potential in a fast-growing organization.
    • Training: Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development.

    • MUST have experience in either logistics, packaging, or transportation industry.
