Salary/Hourly Rate: 125-150k base + commission


Onsite/Remote: Remote, Midwest ideal


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in healthcare, revenue cycle management, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and utilizing solution-selling techniques to drive revenue in the ABA and healthcare markets. The Sales Representative will focus on building relationships with ABA providers, healthcare organizations, and revenue cycle teams to expand our presence and meet sales goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the ABA and healthcare sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, particularly around ABA and revenue cycle solutions, and provide tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Apply solution-selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our offerings in supporting ABA practices and enhancing revenue cycle processes.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of prospects, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with ABA providers, healthcare organizations, revenue cycle teams, and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the VP of Sales.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging needs within ABA, healthcare, and revenue cycle management.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the VP of Sales.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales within healthcare, revenue cycle management, and/or the ABA or behavioral health field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis, healthcare revenue cycle processes, and the challenges faced by ABA providers and healthcare organizations is highly beneficial.


Skills

  • Sales Acumen: Strong solution-selling and consultative selling skills, with a focus on building trust and demonstrating value to clients.
  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, billing, insurance claims, and reimbursement practices.
  • ABA & Behavioral Health Knowledge: Familiarity with the principles of ABA and the unique needs of providers and clients within this field.
  • Lead Generation: Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, inform, and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Skilled in establishing and maintaining professional relationships, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven, with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales software, and data analysis tools to manage client interactions and track performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs, identify solutions, and navigate potential obstacles in a client-centered manner.
  • Leadership skills to build and manage a high-performance Sales team with the organization.
  • Proven success creating a growth-minded sales culture across the organization.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective training strategies for client-facing teams.
