We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom technology solutions aimed at enhancing our behavioral health/Applied Behavior Analysis revenue cycle management (RCM) tools. This senior-level role will focus on aligning business objectives with cutting-edge technology, driving efficiencies across internal workflows and improving the company's support for its clients. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, coupled with deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects from concept through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements, particularly in workflow automation, data integration, and RCM optimization.
- Define and architect end-to-end technology solutions that address business requirements, collaborating closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Oversee the design and development of custom workflow automation and data management tools, working with in-house developers or third-party vendors to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and system designs, guiding development teams throughout the build and testing phases.
- Serve as a key decision-maker in technology selection, vendor evaluation, and system architecture, ensuring that all tools integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and drive operational excellence.
- Lead the testing, validation, and deployment of proprietary tools, establishing best practices for quality assurance and change management to ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide strategic leadership in the ongoing support and optimization of deployed tools, proactively identifying areas for further automation, enhancement, and process improvement.
- Ensure that all technology solutions comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and are designed with a focus on data privacy and security.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in behavioral health and RCM to inform future technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on systems architecture, business analysis, and solution delivery in healthcare or RCM environments.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technology solutions that drive business efficiencies, particularly in revenue cycle management.
- Strong expertise in workflow automation, data management, system integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing development teams and working with third-party vendors to deliver custom software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the behavioral health sector and its unique revenue cycle management challenges.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
