Brand Ambassador (Miami-Based) – Hidden Gem Artisanal Spirits

Hidden Gem Artisanal Spirits is on a mission to revolutionize how the US experiences small-batch, authentic spirits, and we’re looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to join our team in the Miami to Orlando area (Miami Based)!

Our portfolio includes exceptional brands like Atanasio and Viva Mexico Tequilas, Hojas Magicas Bacanora, and La Capilla Venezuelan Cocuy Agave Spirit, among others. These are small, new-to-market brands with immense potential. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in showcasing these unique offerings, building relationships, and driving growth across Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building : Cultivate strong connections with key on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail, liquor stores) accounts.
• Brand Education : Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for our portfolio, educating accounts and consumers on the rich history and craftsmanship of our brands.
• Marketing & Promotion : Develop top-of-mind awareness through promotional campaigns, tastings, and securing featured menu placements (e.g., sips, cocktails).
• Distributor Collaboration : Work closely with distributor partners to align on objectives, support sales efforts, and provide ongoing education to their teams.
• Merchandising : Enhance account visibility with impactful POS (point-of-sale) materials.
• Public Relations : Identify and execute local PR opportunities to elevate brand awareness.
• Reporting & Analysis : Submit detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, offering insights on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience :
• 3+ years in the liquor, beverage, or hospitality space (e.g., bartending, distributor/supplier roles).
• Previous brand ambassador or marketing execution experience.
• Good understanding with the tequila, agave spirits, and artisanal spirits industry.
• Skills :
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Organizational prowess and time management skills to execute a planned workweek.
• Solution-oriented and proactive approach to challenges.
• Other Requirements :
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a must
