Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and managing sales calendars.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of customer service, sales, or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
