Our client is a well-established and growing food distribution company with dozens of locations. They're seeking a National Accounts Manager with food industry experience to add to their existing team. Here's a bit about the role, and then more about the company towards the bottom.
National Accounts Management – Downey:
- Must have experience in the food industry
- Must have experience managing a national book of business
- Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
- Must be able to identify and drive in new business
- Must have strong systems skills in Excel, and other similar reporting systems
- Some travel will be expected
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Salary likely between $110-135K + 20% bonus, car allowance, benefits, pto
Our client is healthy, and growing. They have excellent teams and systems in place, and this person should be able to hit the ground running. They are a national leader in their space, but many of their offices feel locally owned businesses with people that have been there for a decade or more.
