Whitestone Industries is a well-respected and fast-growing business serving California with an outstanding reputation of excellence. We've provided professional renovation, painting, carpentry, and power washing services to Homeowners Association/Multi-family/Commercial clients for over 12 years.


We are looking for a driven and energetic person to join our team as a Outside Sales Executive. Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our values of honesty, integrity, and trust while demonstrating the skills required to fulfill this vital role in our growing organization. In this position, you will sell HOA, Multi-family and commercial painting and carpentry to building owners and HOA's in the Inland Empire area. If you are a goal-oriented individual with a passion for closing the deal, this opportunity is for you. We will look for you to be involved in our business development, lead generation, marketing, and networking activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Social Media
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Industry knowledge a plus


Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
  • Reach out to clients leads through cold calling and office visits / drop ins.
  • Provide quotes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports in our CRM.
  • Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.


Skills

  • Proven work experience as an outside sales representative.
  • Experience with B2B sales related to the Property Management / Real Estate Professionals field as well as general knowledge of construction processes.
  • MS Office Proficiency, familiarity of lead generation in LinkedIn and other platforms. Ability to type.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $161,293.00 per year based on experience (Base Pay + Commission/Bonus)
