Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Account Management:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
- Analyze client needs and develop customized staffing solutions to meet their goals.
Market and Industry Expertise:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Provide insights to improve service offerings and enhance client value propositions.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates.
- Partner with marketing and operations to align on strategies and client engagement initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless service.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and client feedback.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the staffing or services industry.
- Proven ability to secure new clients and manage ongoing accounts effectively.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, industry trends, and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
