Why this job – REGIONAL MANAGER:
This is a newly created role for a growing multi-site operation in the Colorado mountain area, specifically in Eagle County and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll oversee multiple store managers directly and have full oversight of the operations at each location. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your experience to build and enhance existing processes while reporting directly to the company's president. What You'll Actually Do:
- Manage store managers and assist in implementing strategies to recruit, train, and retain top employees in the area.
- Analyze individual store performance to identify areas for improvement, such as comparing profit margins across locations to understand potential drivers of differences.
- Provide excellent executive leadership by empowering and trusting employees to achieve their objectives.
- Drive sales performance across the region by setting targets and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing any escalated concerns or issues.
- Ensure all locations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Retail/Service operations experience
- Customer service experience
- Efficient and prompt communication
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- NetSuite experience a plus
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $150K - $175K + sizeable bonus + profit sharing
- Hybrid work schedule within the Eagle County area
