Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of recruiting, account management, or sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Track record of building successful customer and client relationships
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Team player with high integrity and professionalism
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary + Commissions with the opportunity to earn $100K year 1 and $130K+ year 2
- Guaranteed Commissions your first 3 months
- Accelerated promotion and compensation opportunities based on results
- Work 100% Remote (MUST live in Bozeman or surrounding SW Montana)
- Retirement Plan with 2% Employer Contribution from Day 1
