Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a retail setting, assess their product needs, and recommend solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including handling account issues, billing inquiries, service upgrades, and requests.
• Offer expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current offerings and competitors.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive team environment.
• Assist with interpreting account statements and resolving payment issues.
• Actively promote Comcast products to maintain customer retention.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new technologies and services.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods while moving throughout the store.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Pay:

Total target compensation of $22.24+ per hour.
