Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a retail setting, assess their product needs, and recommend solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling account issues, billing inquiries, service upgrades, and requests.
- Offer expert-level knowledge of Comcast products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current offerings and competitors.
- Contribute to a fun, competitive team environment.
- Assist with interpreting account statements and resolving payment issues.
- Actively promote Comcast products to maintain customer retention.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new technologies and services.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods while moving throughout the store.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Pay:
Total target compensation of $22.24+ per hour.
