Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments that focus on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional ethics.
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status while participating in the development of a comprehensive care plan.
• Deliver purposeful and skilled therapeutic care, using procedures and techniques aligned with the physician’s care plan.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and prosthetic devices for use outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date).
• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
