Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated UKG Application Delivery Lead to manage the full lifecycle of UKG software applications. This key role involves collaborating with stakeholders, driving implementation strategies, and ensuring the seamless operation of UKG solutions to meet business needs.



Responsibilities:


  • Manage project initiation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and client-focused delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating all aspects of application delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Build and lead high-performing delivery teams composed of developers, testers, analysts, and technical architects, offering mentorship and guidance to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and resolving concerns proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply comprehensive technical knowledge of UKG solutions, including time and attendance, payroll, HR, and benefits modules, to enable seamless project planning and execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to collect and analyze both functional and non-functional requirements, converting them into actionable specifications for development teams.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes, managing testing efforts to ensure system stability, functionality, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption during application upgrades or new implementations.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to maintain project continuity and success.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business or related experience.
  • Demonstrate success in managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale UKG application projects, from initiation to deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the product suite, including expertise in configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with the use of associated tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire, guide, and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to effectively address and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Extensive experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices.
