The Role

You will drive new business growth, sell solutions, and manage key accounts, focusing on the A&D audience in Toronto. This field-based role requires an individual who excels in influencing, educating, and collaborating with customers to provide effective problem-solving solutions.

You Will Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or territory management
• Expertise in construction sales or with construction-related products
• Proven track record of presenting product lines via lunch & learns (in-person/Zoom)
• Technical product sales or specification sales experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to grow market share.
• Present product lines and build brand awareness through in-person meetings, product demos, educational seminars, and Zoom calls.
• Service and expand existing accounts, generating leads and providing technical support.
• Assist in product selection and specification writing, offering expert consulting.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to drive strategic initiatives.
