Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Assistant. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing or inputting data, building and maintaining relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Analytical Skills, and Customer Retention
- Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the real estate or housing industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email, as well as answering inbound calls
- Assist with data entry and invoice creation/delivery, as well as helping customers establish API connections for their listing(s)
- Deliver positive experiences for customer base by building relationships and providing service and support
- Aid in managing accounts receivable process when applicable
- Prospect for new opportunities for sales team members
- Respond and direct inbound inquiries from prospective clients
