Robert Half is working with a client in Santa Rosa seeking an Associate Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional services to clients, eager to take on challenges and have a drive for success. A strong foundation in law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients is a must!

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery demands, and responses.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, court personnel, and other counsel.

Additional Qualifications:

• Effective advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Skilled in drafting and interpretation of legal documentation.
• Understanding of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Familiarity with litigation and providing support to senior associates.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Comfortable with managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Juris Doctor degree and a membership in good standing with the bar.
