Job Description :

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Securities/Arbitration Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in securities law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience representing clients in FINRA arbitration, SEC investigations, or related litigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in securities arbitration and litigation, including FINRA and other dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of securities laws, regulations, and case law.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Provide legal advice to clients on securities compliance, regulatory matters, and investment disputes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in New York.
• 5+ years of experience in securities litigation, arbitration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA arbitration rules and SEC regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience handling high-stakes securities disputes or class actions.
• Background in financial services or prior work with regulatory agencies (e.g., SEC, FINRA).
• Proficiency in document review platforms and case management tools.
