Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate projects.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Assist in HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping.
- Support management with reporting and budgeting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of construction software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
