Supervisor of Quality Control:

Join our dynamic team as the Supervisor of Quality Control , where you will lead the Quality Control Department, ensuring excellence in product inspection and process monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed quality goals while mentoring and guiding your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control standards and inspections to ensure product excellence.
• Utilize advanced inspection equipment and surface plate layout techniques.
• Interpret GD&T technical prints and develop/improve quality control procedures.
• Train, audit, and mentor employees for continuous quality improvements.
• Perform setup, in-process, and final inspections, including firearms quality checks.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to SOPs, and manage data input in manufacturing systems.
• Communicate production requirements, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

Required:

• CMM programming experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of firearms, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Degree.
