As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the renewal management process, execute quoting with various carriers, and implement outbound calling strategies. This position requires expertise in the insurance industry, particularly in the personal lines sector, and a comprehensive understanding of multiple insurance companies and their product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Management:
Efficiently manage the renewal process for personal lines insurance policies, ensuring clients' coverage needs are met.
Quoting with Multiple Carriers:
Execute accurate and timely quoting with various insurance carriers, offering clients the most competitive options available.
Outbound Calling:
Implement outbound calling strategies to engage with clients, address their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Market Research and Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the insurance market trends and possess in-depth knowledge of various insurance companies, their web portals, and product offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Applied Systems (TAM) Expertise:
Proficiency with Applied Systems: TAM (AMS) is required, and proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
In-Office Role:
This position is based in Schaumburg, IL, and requires daily attendance at the office. After an initial 8-month training period, there is a possibility of remote work flexibility.
