I am partnered exclusively with a small manufacturing organization located West of the Minneapolis Metro. We are looking for a talented Sr Mechanical Engineer that has experience designing custom equipment. We are looking for someone that wants to be very involved in the design process and really own their projects start to finish. This person will come in as the Sr Mechanical Engineer in the group with a direct succession plan to take over the Engineering Manager.
