Responsibilities

• Maintain and support portfolio of legal and Microsoft applications
• Oversee application performance, development, and deployments
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems

Required Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience supporting both Microsoft Suite of Applications and legal applications such as LexusNexus, iManage Work 10, WestLaw, Litera Create, etc.
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Professional level communication and customer service skills
