Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated S4 Hana Sales / OTC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging the S4 Hana platform, managing the order-to-cash (OTC) process, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 Hana, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Utilize the S4 Hana platform for sales and distribution purposes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with the sales and distribution team.
• Continually monitor and analyze sales data, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
Required Skills
• Customer Service: The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Sales & Distribution: The candidate must have a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• S4 Hana Knowledge: The candidate must have a deep understanding of the S4 Hana platform, with the ability to use it effectively for sales and distribution purposes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. SAP S4 Hana certification is a plus.
