Position: Manager of Applications (ERP)

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + 20% bonus

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Applications Manager with a strong background in ERP platforms, preferably with experience in JD Edwards and SQL. You will be joining a fast-growing team which has doubled in size over the last year and receiving consistent investment, working across the latest, cutting-edge technologies.

You will take complete ownership over their ERP systems, and be operating in a cloud-first environment, in an organization which is highly collaborative and team-orientated. They place a strong emphasis on growth and development and there will be several opportunities to work towards Director-level positions.

What will the role look like?

? You’ll work closely with the CIO of the firm, taking ownership of their ERP systems.

? You’ll have future opportunities to build out an application management team.

? You’ll ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

What do you need?

• Mastery of at least one ERP system, preferably JD Edwards, but Yardi/SAP/MRI/Workday are good alternatives.
• Experience leading a full enterprise ERP upgrade.
• A BS/BA degree, preferably in a technology-focused concentration.
• SQL experience is nice to have, but not required.
