Desktop Computer Technician – On Site – Phoenix, AZ

Purpose : Provide technical support for desktop software, troubleshoot issues, and deploy new computers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Offer daily technical support to end users.
• Resolve technical problems for customers.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Troubleshoot with vendors and systems.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.

Experience/Education/Skills :

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Preferred certifications: A+, Net+, MCP, CCNA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 11.
• Desired technical skills: Microsoft AutoPilot, Microsoft Intune, Powershell, Dell Hardware Support, Bomgar, PatchMyPC, BeyondTrust.
• Experience with ticketing systems and asset management.
• Strong customer service skills.

Other Requirements :

• Onsite attendance required, Monday to Friday in Phoenix, AZ
• May be assigned to Desktop OnCall schedule.
• May be assigned to any shift based on business needs.
