Client located in Greenwood Village, Colorado is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team for a 6-month contract. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for working with firm leadership and internal/external project teams to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in delivering successful projects

• Required skills and qualifications A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing, as well as strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
