• Be a problem solver: Tackle complex business challenges by designing and implementing cutting-edge applications using microservices, real-time streaming, and other distributed systems.
• Drive innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and championing new technologies and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate and mentor: Work closely with development teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Make a difference: Contribute directly to TFS's success by delivering solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
• Shape the future: Play a key role in defining and evolving TFS's enterprise architecture standards.

What You Bring

• Deep technical expertise: You have a strong foundation in enterprise architecture principles and hands-on experience designing and building complex distributed systems.
• Cloud-native guru: You're proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps).
• Coding chops: You're comfortable with programming languages like Java, C#, or Python, and you can dive into code when needed.
• Passion for technology: You're excited about emerging technologies and eager to share your knowledge with others.
• Leadership and collaboration: You're a natural leader who can influence and inspire, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication: You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
