What You’ll Do

• Design high-fidelity solutions that balance user needs and business goals
• Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to incorporate research into designs and ensure accurate implementation
• Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices
• Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping design processes

What You’ll Need

• A degree or equivalent certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX or product design with a portfolio showcasing digital projects across platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout and prototyping
• Experience with mobile-first design and native apps
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
