A dynamic, full-service marketing agency is looking for an internal Insights Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from start to finish, turning insights into actionable recommendations that drive impactful marketing strategies. You’ll also oversee budgets, manage billing processes, and share consumer trends to deepen audience understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Develop screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides
- Manage fieldwork, data collection, and research logistics
- Create visual reports and actionable insights for clients
- Monitor consumer and cultural trends to inform strategies
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in market research or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, advertising, psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of research methodologies and survey data analysis.
- Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in the Madison, WI office 3 days per week
