A Day in the Life of an Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer you will play a key role in developing design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and working closely with a talented team of professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape exciting projects and grow your skill set, all while contributing to a supportive and innovative work environment. Your work will directly impact the design and delivery of projects, helping the organization maintain its commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine design concepts

• Assisting with project planning and ensuring timelines are met

• Creating conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models

• Preparing detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications

• Conducting site visits to assess progress and resolve design issues

• Contributing to the development and implementation of architectural solutions


Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio of projects

• Proficiency in Revit and other design software

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods

• Ability to create both 2D and 3D architectural representations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
