Compensation Analyst

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Analyst with 10+ years of expertise to join our dynamic and growing team! In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping our compensation strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures. We are looking for someone who is passionate about compensation practices, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of successfully analyzing, designing, and implementing compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, equity, and other incentive programs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to ensure compensation strategies are aligned with industry standards and internal equity.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on compensation strategy, policies, and practices to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports that provide insights into compensation trends, internal pay equity, and budget forecasting.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with compensation regulations, including FLSA, tax laws, and any other applicable legislation.
- Advise on job evaluations and help define job families, levels, and compensation structures across the organization.
- Design and conduct compensation surveys, interpreting the results to make strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Drive continuous improvements in compensation processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, with a strong background in developing and managing compensation programs at a senior level.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, compensation trends, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to executives and other stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
